EVERREDtronics is the FIRST company in China who develops the Aluminium Substrated thermoelectric modules and among the few enterprises in the world who can supply this featured products in large scale and high quality. Compared to ceramic (Al2O3) substrate, aluminium substrate far outperforms the peers in thermal conductivity (122 W/(m·K VS Ceramic 12 W/(m·K) , which enhance the cooling/heating efficiency by 30%-50%, and it's metallic and breakage free, making the modules much more reliable in severe condition and long lasting;

We currently offer 3 sizes: 40x40mm, 50x50mm, and 80x120mm, and aluminium substrate tooling process is much faster (1-2 weeks vs 4 weeks for ceramic modules), so we welcome customers to provide us specifiations for developing if our existing modules are out off your requirements. We also can design moduels of customized shape and size so that clients can install the modules conveniently and match the module size with the thermal interface perfecly.
